Someone who initially came from a family of very prestigious fire mages, and because of that, no one ever really approached them due to their perception of the "prestigious kid who wouldn't take to people like them." They only really got to talk to people who wanted to take advantage of them. And when one day, they became the fall person, they were devastated. Their family wouldn't approve of them anymore, everyone would brand them as a criminal, and they became someone who needed to survive. They mentality became "if everyone sees me as the criminal, why should I try to be what I'm supposedly not." They became a rogue who stole whatever they could. Treasure, information, etc. This program to reform villains however is giving them an opportunity they desperately want. To be seen as normal again. Maybe even dealing with some people who are faking wanting to reform could help their image a lot. Just one chance.
