A teen girl from a mob family who was exposed to a magical amulet by accident during a caper. She gained magical powers and was summarily caught using magic outside of her family's influence to sway mob warfare to her family's side. The resulting shootout got several people injured and one person even died. Her identity within the program has been changed, as she's effectively had to be separated from her family and put in witness protection as part of her rehabilitation. She agreed to this suspiciously quickly.

She has a mean and sneering personality, and takes direction poorly.

Powers:

• Social Skills: If pressed, she would call this her greatest superpower. Darla is almost supernaturally skilled at social intuition and especially reading others. She has a forceful charisma that can cut both ways in terms of usefulness.
• Chaos Magic: Darla has command of a mysterious and primal force known as combat magic. It manifests in many forms, but primarily as her ability to send out offensive blasts and form shields.
• Minor flight: Darla has weak flight capabilities. Mostly used for hovering.
• Super-Empathy: Darla can sense malignant emotions if they're strong enough without casting any spell at all, but also has a spell to read others' emotions more generally.
• Outfit Change: A specialized spell that Darla developed shortly after awakening to magic. She can change instantly into any outfit she can recall or otherwise picture.
