Lesser Sentinel

Civilian name: Chad Thundercock, Alias (This was suggested to him and will presumably one day be changed)

Brother of Superman-equivalent Greater Sentinel, Chad has been waiting for his powers to come in for his whole life. They have failed to manifest, leaving him on a dozen or more super team waiting lists on the contingency that they will let him in when he gets superpowers. Seeing this, Mr. Knight recruited him to act as support and a senior influence on the rehabilitation program.

Chad has been implied to have had a tumultuous childhood, isolated in the setting-equivalent of the Fortress of Solitude for homeschooling and often the victim of his brother's lack of control of his own strength. This has left him insecure about the value of his existence and filled with a burning need to prove his worth as a hero.

His sole hobby besides computer programming is reading really, really bad romance slop. His favourite is a webnovel about a woman who is reincarnated as a villainous in a story world, but he is fond of all sorts of other stories along those lines.

Lesser Sentinel's abilities include a genuinely impressive aptitude for computers and hacking. He's begun training in hand-to-hand and stealth under the tutelage of Mr. Knight and Overheat; Conjuress has recommended that he take acting classes. He was originally intended to act as comm support, but Busboy and Conjuress made the argument that he should get on the field and start heroing with or without powers.
