the Creaking Gang

A gang that Overheat used to run with. Featured in S1E3 Fear and Loathing in the Old City.

Larry, Moe, Curly, and Larry's older brother Steven form the main crew of the Creaking Gang, a group of high school ne'er-do-wells that reeled Paula in after she tutored them and subsequently befriended them.

While Larry and his brother always saw Paula as a means to an end, especially after she started teaching them about magic, Moe had a genuine attachment to her.

At some point prior to the events of the campaign, the gang's activity escalated to the point where they were caught mid-crime; at this time, Steven made the call to leave behind Paula as the scapegoat.

They have cut all ties to Overheat. Currently last seen in possession of one broken half of Spellweaver's excruciatingly powerful artifact.
