Steven

The boss of the Creaking Gang. Ex-friend, or so she thought, of Overheat. He values his inner circle above outsiders and he has a track record of interest in magic.

While he did not appear directly in S1E3 Fear and Loathing in the Old City, only a hallucination of himself, member of his gang Moe did. It can be presumed, though, that Steven was behind the plot to steal or retrieve Spellweaver's artifact. It can also be assumed that it is currently in his possession.

Powers: Steven has Rhizokinesis, or the ability to control roots and other dead plant matter. He can seemingly summon it from available dead biomass, suggesting that a more refined version of his powers might be Edafoskinesis, or control of the biomass in soil.
