Crime Park (Night Row)

Crime Park, once the city's factory district known as Night Row, is never referred to by any other name by any resident of Brinelake City. While it was initially simply a home mostly for workers and their families, it began to decline in the middle of the 20th century when organized crime families retreated from the main downtown area where Shadow Knight was the most active and set up shop there. Its reputation as a poverty-stricken wasteland and the criminal element largely prevents investment in infrastructure projects to this day - which, of course, is a vicious cycle…

Crime Park's criminal element is always shifting in it particulars, new gangs emerging and imploding regularly, but the Italian Mob is one of the few factions to consistently remain on top in most dealings. They control or mete out territory all over the city, but their home base is always in Crime Park.
